Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to Every Guest. You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests with products and solutions and sharing knowledge to help them choose what matters most.

As a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, work with peers and leaders to serve customers, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a fast‑paced, rewarding in‑store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
