Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier retailer in the United States, seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with what matters most. In a part-time role, you will shape the in-store experience using your product knowledge and customer service skills.

You will work to meet monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, and help with merchandising and operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
