Job summary

Victra in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to connect guests with technology and deliver an in-store experience that exceeds expectations. You will use your product knowledge to explain benefits and offer solutions while building lasting customer relationships.

You will strive to hit monthly sales goals, collaborate with store leaders, and participate in training and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals; work with peers and store leadership to serve customers and provide resolutions.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to deliver customer needs.
