Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to resolve issues.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
