2020 Companies is seeking a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate to support Best Buy locations in Rochester, MN. The role involves demonstrating HP products, engaging customers, and building relationships with store staff to drive sales.

The position offers weekly earnings with a performance bonus, a flexible schedule for evenings/weekends, and paid training. You’ll work with HP products across Best Buy and nearby office-supply stores in the Rochester area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Accurately document and report sales and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
