Victra is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in one of our retail stores. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and create an exceptional in-store experience for guests.

You will work with peers and leaders to meet goals, participate in training, and maintain merchandising standards. A strong focus on customer solutions and teamwork is essential for success at Victra.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
