Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our store. You will use your tech knowledge and people skills to connect guests with the right solutions and create a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, collaborating with store leaders, and supporting merchandising and operations. Training is provided, and benefits are offered as part of joining Victra.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
