You will be the face of Victra and have uncapped earning potential along with opportunities for advancement. As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant in our CA Merced stores, you will drive in-store experiences, hit sales goals, and support merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
