Michaels in Newton, NJ is seeking a Retail Team Member for a temporary overnight remodel project. You will assist customers, unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure a fast checkout experience while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, planogram compliance, and supporting omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Must be 16+ with flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
