Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level Retail Team Member to deliver excellent customer service and maintain organized shelves. You’ll gain product knowledge and assist with merchandising while offering a friendly, helpful attitude to customers.

You’ll stock, move products, and support daily store operations, including overnight prep. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Collaborate with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
