Job summary

Goodwill of the Heartland in Clinton, IA is seeking a Retail Team Member to join our store and mission. You will help provide outstanding customer service, process donations, and operate the cash register to support donors and customers.

You will also help keep the sales floor welcoming, assist with sorting and stocking, and work with leadership to meet production and inventory goals while ensuring accurate records for all transactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Sex offender background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Process donations and operate the cash register.
• Greet donors and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Replenish inventory on the sales floor and assist with stock.
• Record production units and, for Outlet roles, read weights at checkout.
