Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking energetic team members to welcome customers, handle transactions using modern POS systems, and keep the store clean and organized. You will stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and other sales regulations.

Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible scheduling and full-time opportunities are available, with benefits for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
