Job summary

The Michaels Companies is looking for a part-time Retail Team Member for Store - SEA-Covington, WA. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; assist with truck unloads and merchandising duties to keep the store well-stocked.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program, support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), and participate in store recovery and safety programs. Must be 16+ and have retail or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed.
• Michaels requires team members to be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and process cash handling per SOP.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support omnichannel activities including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery, shrink/safety programs, and general store maintenance.
