Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store (meat, bakery, produce, deli) are helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve service and sales.
• Recruiting, staffing, and hiring to meet needs.
• Engage in promotion decisions and succession planning.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure training completion for staff.
