Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 2-3 years of related retail experience
• One year of management experience
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; customer service and product flow experience helpful
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations within various departments of the store.
• Mentors and coaches team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Manages staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes career development and succession planning for team members.
• Maintains store appearance and adherence to company standards during prime hours.
