Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Monroe, GA is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional, consistent customer experiences. You will be the frontline leader, modeling our values and ensuring daily operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role involves coaching, hiring, performance feedback, and managing opening/closing routines, with emphasis on selling skills, inventory integrity and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in retail.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate customer situations.
• Availability for peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation of company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
