Job summary

KwikFill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wellsboro, PA to share store operations with the Store Manager. You will train associates, supervise daily activities, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, stock maintenance, and adherence to health and safety policies. Responsibilities include managing shift transactions, greeting customers, and assisting with merchandise presentation and stocking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Dependable, independent transportation that does not rely on a third party.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers and maintain appearance of displays.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment with accuracy.
• Stock and price merchandise; manage storage and rotation to prevent spoilage.
• Uphold health, safety, and security policies; report discrepancies to management.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
