Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Zone Team Leader to act as a store keyholder, guiding a zone's merchandising, signage, replenishment, and customer service.

You will oversee merchandising and ensure a positive associate and customer experience across the zone. You will supervise team members, help schedule staff for unload and stocking, and ensure company standards are met while opening/closing the store when required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure that store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure that merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Internal Job Title: Zone Team Leader

Position Overview

The Zone Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The Zone Team Leader oversees a team that is passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, as well as ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, and customer service oversight.
