Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is hiring a Retail Supervisor in Seattle (Dearborn). You will support store operations, supervise retail staff across categories, and ensure top-notch customer service for customers and donors. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong leadership and POS experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $23.97–$26.50 with benefits and a clear path for development within the organization.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent (not required).
• 2 years’ experience with retail POS systems.
• 2 years’ customer service/retail experience.
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assign, guide, coach and train employees while performing the work of a Sales Associates as needed.
• Schedule and assign one or more employees to complete retail operational requirements.
• Set expectations, instruct, coach and identify training needs.
• Maintain orderly operations of the store in the absence of the Manager and Assistant.
• Resolve workplace problems by addressing issues that impact employee performance and productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers and donors.
• Prepare reports by collecting, documenting and summarizing information.
• Complete projects by planning, organizing and monitoring assignments.
• Promote productivity by following up with employees on work results
• Provide excellent internal/external customer service.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate safe work practices in support of a safety culture.
