Job summary

Converse, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor in San Clemente to lead in-store service and operations. You will engage customers, manage transactions, and ensure the store runs smoothly during nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service to ensure customers feel seen and understood in stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Converse products to support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register and assist with shipping, receiving, stocking and visual displays.
