Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Proficient in operating a POS system and cash handling.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• Passionate about fashion and staying up to date with trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Conduct piercings and educate on aftercare in a sterile environment.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay updated on fashion and social media trends.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's purchases on social media.
