Job summary

pOpshelf is seeking a Lead Team Member in Winston-Salem to help maintain an organized and customer-first store culture. The role includes assisting customers, operating a cash register, and ensuring the store environment meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 55 pounds occasionally.
• Fast-paced work environment with moderate noise level.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with the checkout process.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Skills

Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Understanding of safety policies and practices

Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides

Ability to perform mathematical calculations

Ability to perform cash register functions
