Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers
• Operate cash register, total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise
• Follow processes to receive, stock, and display merchandise
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock rotation
• Support implementation of planograms and merchandising standards
• Open/close the store under direction of Store Manager
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer purchases.
• Stock merchandise, rotate shelves, and build displays.
• Keep store clean; take out trash; mop floors; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Open and close the store as directed by the Store Manager.
• Step in for Store Manager/Assistant Manager when needed.
