Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering consistent customer experiences, and driving growth across the store.

You will lead and coach a team, ensure execution of store standards, and deliver personalized, brand-aligned service, while managing daily operations and providing performance feedback to the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory retail experience.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to coach others.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Availability for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans to improve results with the Sales Leadership Team.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Set the direction for the day/shift and provide feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
