Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.

• Familiarity with Disc Replay’s product categories is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Sales Associate Team including recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Drive the customer service experience and monitor feedback.
• Ensure all team members understand their role and hold them accountable.
• Lead shifts and ensure store processes are followed.
• Responsible for key customer experience KPIs.
