Job summary

Clarks is hiring a Part Time Team Lead to join our store team in a key leadership role. You will act as Manager on Duty in the store’s absence, drive daily sales, and organize merchandise and stock to optimize product placement.

You will also train staff, uphold customer service standards, and promote the Clarks brand. The role requires strong leadership and sales ability, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred (team lead or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Deliver consistent sales performance and drive store targets.
• Organize merchandise and back stock, and ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Practice excellent customer service and upsell across products and accessories.
• Represent the Clarks brand and follow loss prevention policies.
• Create a welcoming work environment for colleagues.

Some responsibilities of a Team Lead may include:

• Upsell the customer, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
