Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist/seat adjustments, rise/taper, coat sleeves, side seams, collar adjustments) per guidelines.
• Maintain an average of 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards (clean finishes, secure stitching, even seams).
• Press garments for a crisp finish.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and tools maintained.
• Tag and organize completed work for customer pickup.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishment from management.
• Support front-of-house activities and assist customers as needed.
