Qualifications

• Formal training for tailoring preferred.
• Experience as a tailor for menswear highly preferred.
• Good technical skill required.
• Sound knowledge of various types of sewing equipment.
• Strong communication skills needed.

• Proficiency in all basic and advanced alterations of men’s tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with alterations and fitting.
• Mark and alter garments appropriately.
• Press garments to ensure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tailor shop.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the tailoring process.
• Keep open communication with management and team members.
