Winston Retail in Warsaw, MO is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to help maintain brand standards and execute merchandising projects across assigned stores. The role is an Independent Contractor with a pay rate of $15–$17 per hour, and hours vary by project.

You’ll work independently, build strong relationships with store teams, and deliver accurate, visually appealing retail presentations. This position emphasizes timely communication, on-site problem solving, and adherence to planograms

• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
