Winston Retail is seeking a motivated Retail Support Merchandiser in Stilwell, OK. This Independent Contractor role combines ongoing store support with project-based merchandising, offering a direct impact on customer experiences with leading retail brands.

You will serve as a hands-on merchandiser, building relationships with store teams, executing displays, and ensuring brand standards across assignments. Flexible, fast-paced work with competitive pay per hour.

Formación

• Planogram experience is a plus.

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to relevant teams.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in‑store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
