Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to stock, merchandise, and support client stores in Arkansas City, KS. This independent contractor role offers project-based hours with varying shifts and an hourly pay range.

• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • iOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
