Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a results-driven retail associate to join our team in Natick. You will greet customers, process transactions at the register, and support daily store operations with a willing, can-do attitude.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, plus the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods. You will contribute to stock organization, participate in our team-driven culture, and take part in Tory Burch Retail Excellence Programs

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and support store operations.
• Assist with stock flow by packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room.
• Handle cashier duties and ensure excellent service and policy adherence.
