Gap Inc. in Carlsbad, NM seeks a Store Role to support the leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience.

You will lead processes, execute tasks, and maintain productivity to achieve store goals, while role modeling Gap’s selling behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll educate customers about loyalty programs, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure timely completion of tasks including opening/closing checklists.

• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle
• Support completion of work before or after the store operating hours, inclusive of opening and/or closing checklists
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to role model and teach your team and drive behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
