Job summary

Nike White Marsh is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a Nike Clearance Store in White Marsh, MD. You will train staff, manage cash and stock, and embody Nike Service Principles while supporting store events and nightly closings.

The role requires 38–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and offers discounts, benefits, and growth opportunities for dedicated teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Willingness to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service per Nike’s standards.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and guide customers through the journey to find the right product.
