WIS International is hiring a Retail Supervisor - Inventory in the United States. The role emphasizes coaching and training Inventory Associates to achieve accuracy and efficiency, while following a clear workflow and supporting leadership directives.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in inventory, strong communication, and reliability. Flexible hours and a focus on results are central, with opportunities for growth and referral bonuses available.

WIS Retail Supervisor - What You Will Do

• Lead & Engage - Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
