WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor for Inventory (Part-Time) in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on coaching Inventory Associates, maintaining accuracy, and traveling to retail locations to drive operational results.

Starting wage is $21.00–$23.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered, with opportunities for promotion and benefits including health plans and a 401(k). HR support is available for accommodations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years as Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling to support District/Customer commitments.
• Strong attention to detail and team orientation.
• Willing to submit to background check and drug screen if required.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

What You'll Do

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
