Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) to coach and develop Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across store locations. Travel will be required to retail sites as part of daily duties.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and excellent customer service. Starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen if required.
• A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting vehicle requirements may be required.

What You'll Do

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates


• Follow a clear, consistent workflow

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required


• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Working Conditions: This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
