Crossmark Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor-style leader for Product Connections inside Sam's Club to manage Product Demonstrators, drive demos, and ensure top customer experiences. You will recruit, train, coach, and oversee events with a focus on delivering strong business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience including hiring, scheduling and performance management.
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Food Safety Certification within 30 days of hire (where applicable).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate $43,888.00/yearly
