Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska, Inc. seeks a store leader to help train and support the team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient daily store operations.

The role covers supervision in the Manager/Assistant Manager's absence, with emphasis on donations, sales-floor organization, and community-facing duties. The candidate should have at least 2 years working with the public and preferably prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience working with the public.
• Prior supervisory experience or experience being in a leadership role is preferred.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work on the sales floor, donation area, and donation center to meet daily goals.
• Organize donations as they arrive and prepare quality product for the floor or e-commerce.
• Assist with training and development of employees at manager’s request.
• Maintain store operations including opening and closing procedures and a positive image in the community.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate promotions to customers.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and support a diverse, respectful workplace.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide positive leadership and help train/support the team members of the store. Provide excellent customer service and perform such tasks as are necessary for efficient operation throughout the retail store. Responsible for management of the retail store in Manager/Assistant Manager's absence.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (NOTE: Qualified persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
