The Retail Supervisor assists the management team in the daily operations of the store.
Supervises and leads retail associates within the store location. This role works a rotational assignment supervising various retail categories. Ensures excellent customer service is provided to customers.
Pay Rate: $23.97/hour
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Goodwill’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Partner with People Relations as needed and appropriate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to lift and carry 30-40 pounds; have developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers; standing for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain). Ability to operate computer systems. Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills. Maintain reliable attendance.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is oftenexposed to noise levels consistent with a retail environment. Able to work a flexible schedule.
