Job summary

Levi's is seeking a Store Manager in Somerville, MA to lead store operations, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s heritage. You will coach teams, ensure excellent customer experiences, and manage inventory and merchandising to deliver growth.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, adaptability, and adherence to store policies while aligning with Levi’s values. This is a full-time, in-store position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Show understanding of Levi Strauss & Company history.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service using The 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily.
• Comply with cash handling guidelines.
• Comply with security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist stock with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise.
• Assist in pricing and maintaining store appearance.
• Support RFID inventory processes on the selling floor.
• Utilize basic technology skills: iOS and troubleshooting.
