Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the store floor in Pittsburgh, PA. You will greet customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, and keep the sales floor visually appealing and organized to impress shoppers.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver authentic experiences, use technology and a POS to complete transactions, and help drive brand loyalty through outstanding service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system and basic tech.
• Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
