Job summary

Anthropologie in Saint Louis seeks a Sales Associate to drive sales by delivering a genuine, personalized customer experience. You will engage with customers, recommend products, and help locate sizes and colors while leveraging technology to place orders when items aren’t in-store.

You will work with the team to maintain visual standards, support shipment and restock, and participate in store initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Support selling by connecting with customers and offering product recommendations.
