Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support a customer- and product-focused sales culture while delivering a positive shopping experience. You will help customers locate merchandise, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in store presentation and promotions.

You will contribute to a fast, friendly checkout and maintain visual standards. The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer and product-focused sales culture and supports management in store operations.
• Drives sales by using product knowledge and assisting customers with merchandise selections.
• Maintains pricing, visual presentation, and store standards.
• Participates in replenishment and location fulfillment to keep the store full and inviting.
• Delivers a fast and efficient register experience in line with company policies and procedures.
• Builds client relationships through clienteling and loyalty program enrollment.
