Kendra Scott in Reno is seeking a part-time Stylist to bring our brand to life with WOW service. You will engage guests, share product details, and help them discover pieces that fit their style.

The role requires energy, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; we value warmth, teamwork, and a passion for fashion and community.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for 6 hours per shift.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to guests and connect with each one using WOW Principles.
• Drive results by contributing to store performance and guest connections.

Position Overview

As a part-time Stylist, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you're proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!

Your Responsibilities

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
