Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a part-time Stylist to bring our brand to life daily. You will deliver WOW service, build guest connections, and promote our color bar and events. You’ll educate guests on products and fit, while aligning with family and philanthropy pillars.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to guests and be the face of the brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests using WOW Service Principles.
• Set goals and work to achieve store performance and brand footprint.
• Share brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and community.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Educate guests on product details and personal styling.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and Operations as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Support team to deliver WOW experiences for all guests.

As a part‑time Stylist, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you’re proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose‑driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!
