Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver a world-class guest experience in our Renaissance at Colony Park store in Ridgeland, MS.

You will welcome guests, determine needs, and guide them to the right merchandise with styling recommendations. You will achieve personal sales goals, upsell and cross-sell, maintain knowledge of products, keep displays polished, process transactions accurately, and assist with inventory and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused customer service and friendly interactions.
• Ability to meet sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Strong product knowledge to advise guests on features and benefits.
• Comfort with processing transactions accurately using a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile and determine needs.
• Assist guests in finding merchandise and provide styling recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to boost sales.
• Collaborate with team to maintain store standards and guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep displays stocked and visually appealing.
• Process transactions using the POS system accurately.
• Assist with receiving shipments and inventory checks.
• Adhere to store policies, including safety protocols.
• Stand and move throughout the shift; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible to work nights and weekends.
