The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in brand/retail design and 3+ years in leadership, with expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote. You will mentor designers and ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years in brand, graphic, environmental, experiential, or retail design.
3+ years in creative leadership or team management.
Expertise in retail storytelling and branded environments.
Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
Strong concept development, art direction, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision for retail storytelling, dynamic displays, immersive environments, and consumer experiences.
Develop innovative concepts and translate ideas into powerful presentations.
Create and refine 2D designs, storyboards, graphics, and production materials.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and senior creatives to realize visions.
Provide design direction and mentor junior designers.
Establish creative standards and scalable solutions for consistent delivery.
Integrate emerging technology and interactive experiences to elevate engagement.
Manage multiple projects with ambitious timelines and budgets.
