Job summary

A community support organization in California is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Supervisor. This role requires strong retail and supervisory experience, alongside excellent customer service skills. You will assist with daily store operations, manage staff in the absence of management, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum one year previous retail experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must pass background check including criminal and sex offender registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for store sales.
• Schedule Store Employees for adequate coverage.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Supervise Back Room Processing for effective daily operations.
• Maintain security of store currency and inventory.
• Adhere to safety measures and report incidents.
