Job summary

The Grand Hotel at The Grand Canyon is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor in Tusayan, AZ. The role oversees retail operations, staff, and merchandising under direction of the Area Retail Manager in a full-time, year-round capacity. Typical schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with weekends/evenings required; pay is $17.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• One-year retail supervisory experience in a high-volume store.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises store staff; coordinate with Retail Manager on scheduling and daily tasks.
• Oversee inventory, merchandise cycles and pricing to meet company standards.
• Maintain displays and ensure proper stocking, pricing, and housekeeping.
• Communicate with Corporate Buying and Regional Directors to support business needs.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and cash handling as needed.
